CNA Career Ladder
Since 1998, MVH has been proud to provide CNAs who are role models for other staff with the recognition they deserve. Entry-level CNAs are classified as Level One CNAs/CMTs regardless of their experience. After 12 months of continuous employment, any regular part-time or full-time Level One CNA may be nominated to a Level Two. MVH recently honored several of its employees who have successfully completed Level Three - the most prestigious level in the CNA Career Ladder. This program provides our newer CNAs with a tangible goal to strive for, as well as a tremendous sense of accomplishment. We have found our CNA Career Ladder makes one of the most satisfying careers in the world even more rewarding.
